Case report:Chandler syndrome

虹膜角膜内皮(Iridocorneal endothelial,ICE)综合征是一种临床较为少见的疾病,典型的临床表现为角膜内皮异常、虹膜萎缩、周边虹膜前粘连、继发青光眼,Chandler综合征作为ICE的一种类型,可在眼压正常或轻度升高的情况下即可出现角膜水肿,在未出现明显虹膜改变的情况下,误诊率极高。本文就一例不典型Chandler综合征进行记录与分析,以期减少对此类疾病的误诊。

Iridocorneal endothelial(ICE)syndrome is arare clinical disease.Its typical clinical manifestations are iris atrophy,abnormal corneal endothelium,peripheral anterior iris adhesion and secondary glaucoma.Chandler syndrome,as a type of ICE,can lead to corneal edema under normal or slightly elevated intraocular pressure.In the absence of obvious iris changes,the misdiagnosis rate is extremely high.A case of atypical Chandler syndrome is recorded and analyzed in this paper aiming reduce misdiagnosis of such diseases.
