综合护理干预在肺癌根治术患者中的应用

APPLICATION OF COMPREHENSIVE NURSING INTERVENTION IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING RADICAL RESECTION OF LUNG CANCER

目的探讨肺癌根治术患者的术后护理方法。方法选择行肺癌根治术患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上应用综合护理干预。评估两组护理前后SAS、SDS、VAS评分变化,护理后QOL、RCSQ评分及护理工作满意度。结果研究组护理后的SAS、SDS、VAS评分改善情况均优于对照组(t=12.98~14.54,P<0.01),QOL、RCSQ、护理工作满意度评分均高于对照组(t=8.43~37.55,P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预能够改善肺癌根治术患者的不良情绪,降低术后疼痛感,提高其生活质量及护理工作满意度。

Objective To explore the postoperative nursing methods of patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer.Methods One hundred and twenty patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing,and the research group applied comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to conventional nursing.The changes of SAS,SDS,and VAS scores before and after nursing,QOL,RCSQ scores,and nursing job satisfaction after nursing were assessed.Results The improvement of SAS,SDS,and VAS scores of the study group after nursing were better than those of the control group(t=12.98-14.54,P<0.01),and the QOL,RCSQ,and nursing job satisfaction scores were higher than those of the control group(t=8.43-37.55,P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the bad mood of patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer,reduce postoperative pain,and improve their quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work.
