摘要
目的探讨改善大学生心理健康状况的方法。方法选取400名在公寓住校的大学生,分别在心理健康教育前后采用进行测试及满意度调查,比较教育前后的变化。结果开展心理健康教育后,除"强迫症状、恐怖"因子外,SCL-90量表其余因子与教育前比较均有统计学意义(t=3.44~6.74,P<0.01);大学生对在公寓开展心理健康教育的形式满意度高于教育前(χ^(2)=47.88,P<0.01)。结论在公寓对大学生进行心理健康教育效果显著,得到大学生的认可。
Objective To explore ways to improve the mental health of college students.Methods A total of 400 college students living in an apartment were selected and tested and satisfaction surveys were used before and after mental health education to compare the changes before and after the education.Results After mental health education was carried out,factors of the SCL-90 scale were statistically significant compared with those before education(t=3.44-6.74,P<0.01),except the factors of"obsessive-compulsive symptoms and horror".The form satisfaction of mental health education was higher than that before the education(χ^(2)=47.88,P<0.01).Conclusion Mental health education for college students in the apartment has a significant effect,which is recognized by college students.
