腕踝针佐治肛周脓肿术后患者疼痛的临床研究

A CLINICAL STUDY OF WRIST-ANKLE ACUPUNCTURE IN ASSISTED TREATMENT OF POSTOPERATIVE PATIENTS WITH PERIANAL ABSCESS

目的探讨肛周脓肿术后患者的镇痛方法。方法选取100例肛周脓肿术后患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组采用常规中西医结合方法止痛,治疗组在此基础上加用腕踝针止痛。观察两组止痛效果及临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组术后VAS评分降低速度高于对照组(t=5.70~13.33,P<0.01),排尿障碍及便秘评分均低于对照组(t=46.32,30.07;P<0.01),组织水肿及肉芽生长评分改善程度大于对照组(t=19.68,17.98;P<0.01)。结论腕踝针佐治肛周脓肿术后患者疼痛,起效快、效果好、安全性高。

Objective To explore the analgesic methods for patients with perianal abscess after surgery.Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with perianal abscess were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for pain relief,and the treatment group used wrist ankle acupuncture to relieve pain on this basis.The pain relief effect and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups were observed.Results The reduction rate of VAS score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(t=5.70-13.33,P<0.01),and the scores of dysuria and constipation were lower than those of the control group(t=46.32,30.07;P<0.01).Tissue edema and the degree of improvement in granulation growth score was greater than that of the control group(t=19.68,17.98;P<0.01).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture can assist postoperative pain in patients with perianal abscess,with quick onset,good effect,and high safety.
