366例免费体检者乳腺及妇科疾病检出情况与健康教育效果分析

ANALYSIS OF THE DETECTION STATUS OF BREAST AND GYNECOL-OGICAL DISEASES AND THE EFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION IN 366 CASES OF FREE EXAMINATION

目的了解女性乳腺及妇科疾病分布情况。方法对366例免费体检者资料进行回顾性分析,统计乳腺及妇科疾病的检出率,分析乳腺及妇科主要疾病的分布情况以及体检者的满意度。结果乳腺及妇科疾病总检出率为94.54%,检出率居前五位的疾病为乳腺良性病变、子宫肌瘤、阴道炎、宫颈囊肿和卵巢囊肿,其高发年龄为30~59岁,而HPV阳性者多在20~49岁;体检者的就医满意度为99.45%。结论女性乳腺及妇科疾病检出率较高,免费体检活动有助于早期发现疾病,提高就医满意度。

Objective To understand the distribution of female breast and gynecological diseases.Methods The data of 366 free health checkups were retrospectively analyzed,the detection rate of breast and gynecological diseases was counted,and the distribution of major breast and gynecological diseases and the satisfaction of the checkups were analyzed.Results The total detection rate of breast and gynecological diseases was 94.54%,and the top five diseases were benign breast lesions,uterine fibroids,vaginitis,cervical cysts and ovarian cysts.The high incidence age was 30-59 years.HPV-positive patients are mostly between 20 and 49 years old;the satisfaction rate of medical examination patients is 99.45%.Conclusion The detection rate of female breast and gynecological diseases is relatively high.Free health check-up activities can help to detect diseases early and improve the satisfaction of seeking medical treatment.
