当归芍药散加味治疗颈性眩晕的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATMENT OF CERVICAL VERTIGO WITH DANGGUI SHAOYAO SAN

目的探讨颈性眩晕的治疗方法。方法选取68例颈性眩晕患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组给予"当归芍药散"加味进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后眩晕症状评分改善程度优于对照组(t=13.947,P<0.01);观察组的临床有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的73.53%(χ^(2)=5.31,P=0.021)。结论"当归芍药散"加味治疗颈性眩晕,可以有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods 68 patients with cervical vertigo were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with"Danggui Shaoyao San"modified to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The scores of dizziness improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(t=13.947,P<0.01).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 73.53%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.31,P=0.021).Conclusion"Danggui Shaoyao San"can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the therapeutic effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
