西那卡塞联合骨化三醇对透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者钙磷代谢及iPTH的调节 被引量:2

摘要 维持性血液透析(MHD)患者常发生继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT),其发病机制复杂,高磷血症、低钙血症、活性维生素D产生减少以及血清全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)外周抵抗等都会导致甲状旁腺分泌增加。西那卡塞是钙敏感受体激动剂,有研究表明[1],与传统药物比较,西那卡塞更容易控制血钙、血磷和iPTH水平,使其稳定在目标范围内,但会引起低钙血症的发生,影响治疗效果。骨化三醇为维生素D受体激动剂,能促进机体对钙的吸收。本研究将二者联合用于治疗MHD并发SHPT患者,观察其临床效果。
