平邑县城乡居民食品安全KAP调查

摘要 目的探讨提高居民食品安全意识的方法。方法平邑县于2017年开始开展食源性疾病县乡村一体化监测工作。分别于开展前及2019年选取部分平邑县城区、乡镇和社区居民,采取自制问卷对其进行KAP调查。结果不同居住地人群KAP各方面得分、及格率均存在统计学意义(P<0.01);2019年KAP各方面得分、及格率均高于2017年(P<0.01);年龄、文化程度是影响食品安全知识、态度和行为的因素。结论食源性疾病县乡村一体化监测工作的开展有助于提高居民的食品安全意识。 Objective To explore ways to improve residents’food safety awareness.Methods Pingyi County began to carry out the integrated surveillance of foodborne diseases in counties and villages in 2017.Some residents in Pingyi County’s urban areas,towns,and communities were selected before the launch and in 2019,and took self-made questionnaires for KAP surveys.Results There were statistically significant KAP scores and passing rates among people from different places of residence(P<0.01).The scores and passing rates of KAP in all aspects in 2019 were higher than those in 2017(P<0.01).Age and education level are factors that affect food safety knowledge,attitude,and behavior.Conclusion The development of integrated monitoring of food-borne diseases in counties and villages is helpful in raising residents’awareness of food safety.
