环氧树脂-丙烯酸改性豆粕胶黏剂的研究

摘要 本试验采用表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)处理豆粕,与顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)接枝后,继而与环氧树脂共混制备胶黏剂。采用正交试验对复合胶黏剂的黏度和胶合强度进行分析与研究,探讨大豆、SDS、MA及环氧丙烯酸酯用量对胶黏剂胶合性能的影响。结果表明:当AGE与MAA质量比为2:8、温度60℃、豆粕质量20 g时,制备的胶黏剂所压制胶合板胶合强度较强,为0.75 MPa,满足国家Ⅱ类胶合板使用要求。 In this experiment,soybean meal was treated with surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),then grafted with maleic anhydride(MA),blended with epoxy resin to prepare adhesive.The viscosity and bonding strength of the composite adhesive were analyzed and studied by orthogonal test,and the effects of the dosage of soybean,SDS,MA and epoxy acrylate on the adhesive properties were investigated.The results showed that when the mass ratio of AGE to MAA was 2∶8,the temperature was 60℃,and the mass of soybean meal was 20 g,the plywood pressed by the prepared adhesive had a stronger bonding strength(0.75 MPa),which met the requirements of the national classⅡplywood.
