竹类公园康养资源研究进展

Research Progress in Resources of Health and Wellness in Bamboo Parks

竹林康养是一种利用竹林优势资源的特色康养保健发展模式,我国竹林面积广阔、历史文化悠久,在此基础上发展以竹林为主的竹类公园康养保健新业态已成热点。文章综述了国内外竹林康养资源的研究现状,分析了竹类公园内易引起人生理、心理反应的空气、气候、生物、景观等4种康养资源,总结了竹类公园康养环境效益和景观资源的评价方法,分析了当前竹林研究中存在的问题,并探讨未来的发展趋势,以期为竹类公园培育保健型景观竹林康养实践提供参考。

Bamboo forest based health care is a characteristic health development model that makes use of the advantage bamboo forest resources.China boasts a large area of bamboo forest and a long history and culture,and the development of bamboo forest based health care in bamboo parks has become a hot spot.This paper reviews the research on the bamboo forest based health resources at home and abroad,analyzes the air,climate,biological and landscape resources which are easy to trigger the physiological and psychological response in bamboo parks,and summarizes the evaluation methods for the environmental benefits and landscape resources in bamboo parks.Then the problems existing in the current research on bamboo forest are analyzed,and the future development trend is discussed,in order to provide references for the practice of cultivating the bamboo forest with healthcare-oriented landscape in bamboo parks.
