“学-研-教”模式下高职院校外语教师学习共同体的实证研究 被引量:8

摘要 以成人学习理论和建构主义为指导,针对当前高职院校外语教师教学科研能力的实际情况,构建了基于“学-研-教”模式的高职院校外语教师学习共同体,旨在从机制创新和激发主观潜能两个维度,钻研和吸纳前沿知识的创新成果,结合高职院校人才培养的实际需求,引导、促进高职外语教师向高素质、专业化和创新型的方向发展。通过对为期一年的实证研究结果进行定性定量分析,发现该模式下的教师学习共同体能够从拓展专业知识结构、创新应用研究和提高教学效能三个维度有效改善当前高职院校外语教师职业发展所面临的困境,也为新时代高职院校外语教师职业发展和确保高职教学质量提供有益的参考和借鉴。 Guided by adult learning theory and constructivism and based on the status quo of English teachers’teaching and research ability in vocational colleges,this paper proposes a learning-researching-teaching model to create a learning community of English teachers by means of studying and absorbing the latest development of frontier knowledge and innovative mechanism.An empirical study was conducted and the research findings show that the teacher learning community under this model can effectively solve the problems faced by English teachers from three dimensions:expanding their professional knowledge base,innovating applied research methods and improving teaching strategies for effectiveness and efficiency,which hopefully can provide some useful reference for the professional development of English teachers and ensure the English teaching quality in vocational colleges.
