依托高速铁路网络的快递转运枢纽选址研究 被引量:6

摘要 高速铁路网络具有发展快递的优势和基础,合理的高速铁路快递转运枢纽布局对提高高速铁路快运服务效率具有重要意义。为解决依托高速铁路网络的快递转运枢纽选址规划问题,通过建立基于总费用最小的覆盖范围限制选址模型,考虑需求强度、备选点综合布局系数以及运输距离限制等影响因素,采用遗传算法求解,得到不同情形下的高速铁路快递转运枢纽选址方案。最后,通过实际算例分析和结果讨论,验证高速铁路快递转运枢纽选址方案的合理性和有效性。结果表明:高速铁路快递转运枢纽主要位于胡焕庸线以东的城市群地区,东、中、西部地区枢纽数量比约为3∶1∶1,与人口、经济规模和地理区位等密切相关,覆盖了快递业务量排名前列的主要城市。 Given the advantages and foundation of the high-speed rail(HSR)network in the development of express delivery,a reasonable layout of the high-speed rail express transshipment hubs is of great significance to improve the efficiency of HSR express service.To plan and locate the express transshipment in HSR network,considering the demand intensity,the comprehensive layout coefficient of proposed sites,and transportation distance restrictions,this paper established a coverage-based location model based on the minimum total cost,solved the problem by the genetic algorithm,and obtained the location scheme of express transshipment hubs under different situations.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the hubs scheme were verified according to the analysis of actual examples and the discussion of results.The results show that the HSR express transshipment hubs are mainly located in the urban agglomeration area east of the Hu line(also named Heihe-Tengchong Line).The ratio of the number of the hubs in the eastern,central and western regions is about 3∶1∶1,which is closely related to factors such as population size,economic scale and geographical location.It covers the top cities in the forefront of express delivery business.
