摘要
针对某地铁六号线某区间工程特点,对复合式土压平衡盾构进行了盾体外径扩大、刀盘刀具更换和推进系统改造,并就改造后的刀盘结构和刀具配置掘进软土地层进行了详细的适应性分析,现场成功进行了100环管片掘进试验,得出了盾构机总推力、刀盘扭矩和转速、掘进速度、土压力以及同步注浆量等掘进参数,验证了改造复合式土压平衡盾构掘进软土地层地铁区间隧道的可行性,为今后类似工程提供技术指导。
Based on the engineering characteristics of Binlian Section of Fuzhou Metro Line 6,the outer diameter of the composite earth pressure balanced shield was enlarged,the cutterhead and cutters were replaced,and the propulsion system was reformed.The adaptability of the reformed cutterhead structure and the configuration of cutters in the driving work in soft soil layer was analyzed.The test of driving 100-ring segment with the reformed shield was successfully carried out.The driving parameters were obtained,including the total thrust,the torque and speed of the cutterhead,the driving speed,the earth pressure and the synchronous grouting amount.The feasibility of reforming the composite earth pressure balanced shield to drive metro section tunnels in soft soil is verified,which provides technical guidance for similar projects in the future.
