摘要 动力阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池设计时,采用铅带冲压式板栅取代重力浇铸式,板栅节铅17%~20%,使板栅耐腐蚀周期延长8个月以上。汇流排连接采用平桥结构取代跨桥结构,汇流排和中间极柱节铅36%~42%。因此,在实现VRLA电池轻量化的同时,提高了生产效率。 In the lightweight design of power valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA)battery,by replacing the gravity casting type grid with the lead belt stamping type,the lead of the grid could be saved by 17%-20%,the corrosion resistance period of the grid could be prolonged by more than 8 months.The flat bridge structure was used to replace the cross bridge structure in bus bar connection,the lead of bus bar and intermediate pole was saved by 36%-42%.So that the VRLA battery could achieve lightweight and improve production efficiency.
