Investigation and Mechanism Exploration of School-enterprise Collaborative Education in the New Era

新时代促进校企合作协同育人是推动社会发展,培养人才创新能力的重要途径。探究当前我国地方高校与企业协同育人现状,以某省某地方高校和企业为调查对象,积极借鉴和发扬已取得的发展成效,但同时对于发展中存在的问题,如企业参与积极性不高、培养载体与企业配合不密切、课程内容与职业标准相脱节、校内师资缺乏实践经历等,进行改善和调整,以创新育人机制为统领,分别从教育层次机制创新、教育形式机制创新以及教育功能机制创新等三个方面,实现校企协同育人的新发展、新创造。

In the new era,promoting school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education is an important way to promote social development and cultivate talents’innovation ability.This paper explores the current situation of collaborative education between local universities and enterprises in our country,and takes a local university and enterprise in a province as the investigation object to actively learn from and carry forward the development achievements.At the same time,we should improve and adjust the problems existing in the development,such as the low enthusiasm of enterprise participation,the lack of close cooperation between training carrier and enterprise,the disconnection between curriculum content and professional standards,and the lack of practical experience of teachers in the school.Under the guidance of innovative education mechanism,the new development and creation of school-enterprise collaborative education should be realized from three aspects:the innovation of educational level mechanism,the innovation of educational form mechanism,and the innovation of educational function mechanism.
