基于政策语料库的高校辅导员制度建设探究

On Policy Corpus-based College Advisors'Institutional Development

通过构建高校辅导员制度的政策语料库,对政策文本进行语料分析,具象地呈现我国高校辅导员队伍建设的历程与趋势,明确高校辅导员的职业角色定位。高校辅导员应以思想政治教育为核心职责,把握一专多能的发展趋向。依托职业准入标准、职业培训设计、职业考评机制等环节不断提升辅导员职业素质能力,进一步优化、拓展现有发展路径,助推高校辅导员职业化专业化建设目标的实现。

This paper stresses the importance of constructing a corpus of policies on college advisors'team building.Corpus analysis of policy texts can clearly show the course and the trends of college advisors'team building and pinpoint their professional roles.College aadvisors must take ideological and political work as their core responsibility and at the same time be versatile.To promote advisors'professionalization and specialization,colleges and universities must set strict employment requirements,offer precise training programs and establish sound evaluation mechanisms.
