摘要
心理育人工作是高校思想政治工作重要组成部分,是辅导员工作职责和内容,对学生全面发展具有重要的现实意义。高校和辅导员要从丰富心理学知识、增强心理育人能力、完善系统培训机制等入手,在育人理念、概念认知、工作实践、技能提升以及制度创新等方面,推进育心与育德有机融合,提升心理育人质量,加强对学生的人文关怀和心理疏导,培养培育理性平和的健康心态。
Psychological education is an integral part of ideological and political education.It is a big responsibility of college advisors and is of great significance to the well-rounded development of college students.Advisors must deepen their knowledge in psychology and build stronger skills in psychological education.Colleges and universities must improve the training system and see the importance of combining psychological education withh moral education.To help students maintain a rational and peaceful state of mind,there also need be more humanistic care and better psychological counseling.
