摘要
利用石油焦为前驱体,加入化学活化剂及辅助助剂,以酚醛树脂为黏合剂挤出成型,通过优化碳化、活化工艺参数制备了活性碳质吸附材料。当活化温度为900℃,活化时间为120 min时,制品的转鼓强度为95%,比表面积为1208 m^(2)/g。通过研究活性吸附材料的孔隙结构、微观形貌并利用红外光谱分析探讨了活化机理。
Using petroleum coke as a precursor,adding chemical activators and auxiliary additives,using phenolic resin as a binder for extrusion molding,activated carbon adsorption materials were prepared by optimizing carbonization and activation process parameters.When the activation temperature is 900℃and the activation time is 120 min,the drum strength of the product is 95%,and the specific surface area is 1208 m^(2)/g.The activation mechanism was discussed by studying the pore structure and microscopic morphology of the active adsorption material and using infrared spectroscopy.
