摘要 聚乙烯管材料是聚乙烯树脂的重要应用领域。中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司塑料部4PE装置采用1-己烯替代传统共聚单体1-丁烯进行高密度双峰聚乙烯的试生产,并研究了生产过程中的1-己烯/乙烯进料比、产率比以及熔融指数、密度、拉伸屈服应力等性能指标。结果表明,共聚改性聚乙烯综合性能比较优异,在承压管材领域应用前景广阔。 Polyethylene pipe is an important application field of polyethylene resin.The trial production of high-density bimodal polyethylene with 1-hexene as comonomer instead of traditionally-used 1-butene was conducted in the Plastics Division of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company.Performance parameters including feed ratio of 1-hexene to ethylene,yield ratio,melt index,density and yield tensile stress during the production process were investigated,indicating that modified polyethylene with excellent comprehensive performance demonstrates broad application prospects in the field of pressure-bearing pipe.
