储罐挥发性有机化合物治理技术的应用

摘要 油品罐区挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)主要排放源为储罐呼吸、油品装卸、静密封点、跑冒滴漏等。现有的VOCs治理治理措施有吸收、冷凝、吸附、燃烧等技术路线,由于罐区油品组成复杂、浓度较高,其VOCs需组合多种技术路线进行有效的控制与管理。中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司某罐区一期采用“冷凝-脱硫-吸附”工艺,主要处理苯罐、污油罐废气,其中冷凝机组对苯、污油罐混合废气的去除率约为90%;随着环保要求的提高,二期将罐区未处理的汽油及组分罐、柴油罐废气进行处理,采用“碱洗脱硫-冷凝-蓄热燃烧”工艺,确保排放指标能满足最新大气排放标准。 The main emission sources of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the oil tank area are tank breathing,oil loading and unloading,static sealing points,leaks,etc.The existing VOCs treatment and treatment measures include technical routes such as absorption,condensation,adsorption,and combustion.Due to the complex composition and high concentration of oil products in the tank area,the VOCs need to adopt a combination of multiple technical routes for effective control and management.The first phase of a tank farm of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.adopts the“condensation-desulfurization-adsorption”process.The device mainly treats waste gas from benzene tanks and slop tanks.The removal rate of the mixed waste gas from benzene and slop tanks by the condensing unit is about 90%.With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,the second phase will treat untreated gasoline,component tanks,and diesel tank exhaust gas in the tank area,and adopt the“alkali elution sulfur-condensation-heat storage combustion”process to ensure that the emission indicators can meet the latest atmospheric emissions standard.
