中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司2#裂解汽油加氢装置采用美国Lummus公司中间馏分加氢工艺,粗裂解汽油经脱C5塔、脱C9塔后进行一段选择性加氢脱除二烯烃和苯乙烯,再经二段加氢脱硫生产加氢裂解汽油,作为芳烃抽提原料。2017年5月,一段反应器H-DC-101使用了SHS-01节能型裂解汽油一段加氢催化剂,一段反应器平均出口双烯值为100 g油0.38 g(以I2计),溴价(每100克样品所消耗溴的克数)为16.3,苯乙烯质量分数小于0.01%,SHS-01催化剂性能稳定,活性和选择性高,节能减排效益显著。
The 2^(#) pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.adopts the middle distillate hydrogenation process technology of Lummus Company of the United States.The crude pyrolysis gasoline undergoes a selective hydrogenation and removal after passing through the C5 tower and the C9 tower.Olefins and styrene,and then through the second stage of hydrodesulfurization to produce hydrocracking gasoline,as raw materials for aromatic extraction.In May 2017,the first stage reactor H-DC-101 used the SHS-01 energy-saving pyrolysis gasoline first stage hydrogenation catalyst.The average outlet diene value of the first stage reactor was 100 g oil 0.38 g(calculated as I_(2)),and the bromine value(the number of grams of bromine consumed per 100 grams of sample)is 16.3,and the mass fraction of styrene is less than 0.01%.The SHS-01 catalyst has stable performance,high activity and selectivity,and significant energy saving and emission reduction benefits.
