高水平的师资队伍是提高教学质量的重要保障。本文分析了大学英语师资队伍建设的现实困境,在此基础上从五个方面提出大学英语师资队伍建设的路径,分别是优化师资队伍结构、提高教师的教学能力、提升教师的科研能力、促进教师的个人发展、推动组织发展。

High-quality faculty is an important guarantee of improving teaching quality.This paper analyzes the status quo of faculty development,then on this basis puts forward the ways on college English faculty development from five aspects,namely,optimizing the structure of the faculty,improving the teaching ability of teachers,enhancing the research ability of teachers,pushing the personal development of teachers,and pushing the development of the organization.
