融洽和谐——《吕氏春秋》儒家师生观

《吕氏春秋》是一部学术著作,也是一部教育著作。《吕氏春秋》中很多教育思想吸收了儒家学说。书中提到实现教育目标必须通过学习,学习效果的好坏离不开师生关系,而师生关系受教师、学生、环境的影响。将教师、学生、环境三者处理得当,有利于形成融洽和谐的师生关系,达到好的学习效果。从《吕氏春秋》中倡导的"融洽和谐"的师生关系中可以看出它突破"教师中心论",认为在教学活动中师生同样重要。同时,19世纪末提出的"儿童中心论"思想,在两千多年前的《吕氏春秋》中已经有涉及。所以,当代中国教育发展从中西古今中"取之众白"才是教育发展之宝。
