融洽和谐——《吕氏春秋》儒家师生观

摘要 《吕氏春秋》是一部学术著作,也是一部教育著作。《吕氏春秋》中很多教育思想吸收了儒家学说。书中提到实现教育目标必须通过学习,学习效果的好坏离不开师生关系,而师生关系受教师、学生、环境的影响。将教师、学生、环境三者处理得当,有利于形成融洽和谐的师生关系,达到好的学习效果。从《吕氏春秋》中倡导的"融洽和谐"的师生关系中可以看出它突破"教师中心论",认为在教学活动中师生同样重要。同时,19世纪末提出的"儿童中心论"思想,在两千多年前的《吕氏春秋》中已经有涉及。所以,当代中国教育发展从中西古今中"取之众白"才是教育发展之宝。 Lv Shi Chun Qiu is not only an academic work,but also an educational work.Many educational thoughts in Lv absorbed Confucianism.It is mentioned in the book that the realization of educational objectives must be achieved through learning.The quality of learning effect cannot be separated from the relationship between teachers and students,which is influenced by teachers,students and environment.Proper handling of teachers,students and environment is conducive to the formation of harmonious teacher-student relationship and good learning effect.From the harmonious teacher-student relationship advocated by Lv,we can see that it breaks through the"Teacher centered theory"and thinks that teachers and students are equally important in teaching activities.At the same time,the thought of"child centered"put forward at the end of the 19th century has been involved in Lv more than 2000 years ago.Therefore,the development of contemporary Chinese education from the ancient and modern Chinese and Western"white"is the treasure of educational development.
