摘要
食用菌产业作为一种新兴的朝阳产业,近年来越来越受到国家和地方政府的大力支持与重视。“一带一路”倡议提出以来,中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的食用菌贸易往来越来越密切,贸易规模也持续扩大。研究中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的食用菌贸易问题对于延长农业产业链条、发展生态农业、增加农民收入、助力商务扶贫、实现乡村振兴、促进中国农产品的贸易发展具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。为进一步扩大中国食用菌的国际市场占有率,提高国际竞争力,分析中国与“一带一路”沿线国家食用菌贸易的发展状况、市场结构和产品结构,进而剖析中国与“一带一路”沿线国家在食用菌贸易方面存在的问题;从扩大对外开放水平、充分挖掘国内市场需求潜力,优化进出口贸易结构、适度扩大食用菌进口规模,加快技术研发力度、延长食用菌产品产业链方面提出相应的发展策略。
As a new generating sunrise industry,edible fungi industry has been gained more and more supports and concerns by national and local governments in recent years.Since the Belt and Road initiative was proposed,the edible fungi trade between China and countries along the Belt and Road has been closer and closer,and the trade scale has been enlarged.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the edible fungi trade between China and countries along the Belt and Road for prolonging agricultural industry chain,developing eco-agriculture,increasing farmers'income,helping business poverty-alleviation,realizing rural revitalization and promoting trade development of Chinese agricultural product.In order to further expand the international market share of Chinese edible fungi and increase international competitiveness,the development status,market structure and product structure of edible fungi trade between China and countries along the Belt and Road are analyzed,and the existing problems are analyzed as well.The corresponding development strategies are proposed from aspects of enlarging the level of opening to the outside world to exploit demand potential in domestic market fully,optimizing import and export trade structure to expand import scale of edible fungi moderately,and accelerating technological research and development to prolong edible fungi product industry chain.
