摘要
针对烟气轮机叶片在制或在役过程中产生的缺陷不易检测和检测效率不高的现状,提出利用X射线数字成像对高温烟气轮机叶片进行全面检测的方法。在烟气轮机叶片上设计制作人工模拟缺陷,采用不同射线透照参数组合进行检测能力的工艺试验,提出适于高温烟气轮机叶片数字射线检测的工艺。工程应用结果表明,X射线数字成像检测技术具有高效可靠的特点,可以检出不同类型的缺陷,可用于在制或在役烟气轮机叶片的检测。
Considering poor efficiency and difficulty in detecting defects in manufacturing and service of the high-temperature turbine blades, using X-ray digital radiographic testing method to thoroughly detect them was proposed, including artificially simulating the defect on turbine blades, adopting parameter combination of different ray transillumination for process test so as to eradicate any different defects in manufacturing and service, experimental results and application proved this X-ray digital radiographic testing’s effectiveness and reliability for turbine blades’ testing.
