3D打印亲油疏水多孔膜分离效率的影响因素

摘要 实验测试了3D打印亲油疏水多孔膜对不同种类油水混合物的分离效果,探究了油水混合物分离效率的影响因素。结果表明:多孔膜对于实验所选的6种油水混合物的分离效果皆较好,分离效率可达85%以上,尤其对于疏水性液体分离效果更好;不同酸碱度的同一种油水混合物的分离效率基本相同;多孔膜孔径对油水混合物分离效果影响较大,当孔径为0.4mm时,多孔膜对油水混合物的分离效率最高;在保证膜强度满足使用要求的条件下,实际生产中建议选用4、6层的多孔膜。 The oil-water mixture separation effect of 3D printing-based porous oleophilic and hydrophobic film was tested and its influencing factors were explored.The results showed that the separation efficiency of this kind of porous film is better when it is applied to the oil-water separation of six kinds of oil-water mixtures together with a separation efficiency over 85%,especially for a hydrophobic liquid;and regarding the same oilwater mixture with different pH values,the porous film has the same separation efficiency basically.When the pore diameter of porous membrane is 0.4mm,the pore size of the porous film influences oil-water mixture's separation efficiency greatly and has the highest value.For purpose of ensuring porous film's strength,the 4,6 layered porous films are preferred.
