超临界CO_(2)干气密封流动场数值计算与试验验证 被引量:2

摘要 超临界CO_(2)特定的介质物性对干气密封的开发设计有着显著影响。以超临界CO_(2)干气密封为研究对象,讨论了气体实际效应下的雷诺方程和能量控制方程,利用有限差分法进行耦合求解,并编制了超临界CO_(2)干气密封流动场的数值计算程序。通过搭建试验台,测试验证了计算程序的有效性。结果表明,在参数控制合理的情况下,超临界CO_(2)干气密封端面泄漏过程中,相态由超临界态逐渐转变为气态,有利于干气密封的运行。 The physical properties of supercritical CO_(2) have a significant effect on the both development and design of the dry gas seal.Through taking supercritical CO_(2) dry gas seal as the object of study,both Reynold equation and energy control equation of the dry gas seal face were discussed,including having the finite differ-ence method used for their coupled solution and the numerical simulation program compiled for flow field of the supercritical CO_(2) dry gas seal.Establishing the test-bed and verifying the effectiveness of the numerical simulation program showed that,while the parameters are controlled properly and the leakage occurs at the dry gas seal face,the phase state will gradually change from supercritical state to gaseous state,which is conducive to the operation of dry gas seal.
