摘要
针对现有反渗透海水淡化用水力涡轮泵在工况调节方面的不足,设计开发一种具有活动导叶的变工况水力涡轮泵,通过调节能量回收端活动导叶的开度,可以实现在较宽流量、水头范围内的工况调节,同时保证较高的能量转化效率。利用CFD仿真技术对工况调节方案的有效性进行了验证,结果表明:在0-25°的活动导叶开度调节范围内将实现多流量、多水头工况的覆盖式调节。
Aiming at existing seawater desalination hydraulic turbopump's shortcomings in working condition adjustment in reverse osmosis operation,a variable working condition hydraulic turbopump with movable guide vanes was designed.Through adjusting the opening of the movable guide vane in energy recovery part,it can realize the adjustment of working conditions in a wider flow and head range while ensuring a higher energy conversion efficiency.Making use CFD simulation technology to verify the effectiveness of the working conditions adjustment scheme showed that,within movable guide vane's opening sdjustment range(0-25°),covering adjustment of multi-flow and multi-head conditions can be realized.
