详细介绍了大型石油工程企业行业特点、组织模式及运营模式,针对该类型企业的数字化发展现状,重点分析了大型石油工程企业数字化转型的内外因,通过流程分析了大型石油工程企业数字化转型的难点和痛点,并以某大型石油工程企业数字化转型实践为例,对数字化转型的流程和成果进行阐述,以期为大型国有企业数字化转型提供理论参考和模型依据。
The industry characteristics,organization mode and operation mode of large petroleum engineering enterprises are introduced.In view of the digital development status of this type of enterprises,this paper focuses on the internal and external causes of digital transformation of large petroleum engineering enterprises,and analyzes the difficulties and pain points of digital transformation of large petroleum engineering enterprises through the process.Taking the digital transformation practice of a large petroleum engineering enterprise as an example,the process and achievements of digital transformation are expounded in order to provide theoretical reference and model basis for the digital transformation of large stateowned enterprises.
