摘要
连续油管在油田开发生产过程中已经得到越来越多的应用,由于连续油管作业工艺复杂、风险大,对现场操作人员有着非常高的技术要求。常规连续油管培训形式单一、周期长、针对性不强;利用计算机模拟技术开发的一套全尺寸模拟培训系统,将理论教学与实际操作训练相结合,在学习和考试过程中能够高度还原、模拟现场实际的操作动作,从而达到提高教学培训质量、加强学员对作业流程及设备认识和理解的目的,对提高教学质量和学员操作水平、控制作业风险具有明显优势。
At present,coiled tubing has been used more and more in the process of oilfield development and production.Because of the complicated process and high risk of coiled tubing operation,there are very high technical requirements for field operators.Conventional coiled tubing training is single in form,long in cycle and less targeted.A full-scale simulation training system developed by computer simulation technology combines the theoretical teaching with the practical operation training.In the process of learning and examination,it can highly restore and simulate the actual operation actions on the site,so as to improve the quality of teaching and training,strengthen the students’understanding of the operation process and equipment,and has obvious advantages in improving the students’operating level,enhancing the teaching quality and controlling the operation risk.
