右美托咪定用于脑膜瘤患者中的麻醉效果及对脑保护作用研究

Investigate the anesthetic effect and brain protection of dexmedetomidine in patients with meningioma

目的探讨右美托咪定用于脑膜瘤患者中的麻醉效果及对脑保护作用。方法选取2018-06/2020-06期间于我院行脑膜瘤切除术治疗的患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=42)。麻醉诱导前,对照组注入等量生理盐水,试验组注入右美托咪定。比较2组镇静评分、脑损伤指标及苏醒期不良反应。结果与对照组比较,试验组镇静评分更高,脑损伤指标、苏醒期不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑膜瘤患者术中应用右美托咪定镇静效果好,苏醒期不良反应发生率低,具有脑保护作用。

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect and brain protection of dexmedetomidine in patients with meningioma.Methods A total of 84 patients undergoing meningioma resection in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=42)by random number table method.Before induction of anesthesia,the control group was injected with the same amount of saline,and the experimental group was injected with dexmedetomidine.The sedation score,brain injury index and adverse reactions during recovery were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had higher sedation score,lower indicators of brain injury and lower incidence of adverse reactions during the recovery period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine has a good sedative effect on patients with meningioma,the incidence of adverse reactions during the recovery period is low,and it has a protective effect on the brain.
