摘要
目的研究我国麻醉科护士的角色压力和离职倾向现状及其相互关系。方法采用自行设计的角色压力和离职倾向调查表,对262名参加中华医学会第27次全国麻醉学术年会的麻醉科护士进行现场问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果共发放问卷262份,回收257份,其中有效问卷250份,有效回收率95.42%。250名麻醉科护士的离职倾向为(2.68±0.92)分,在学历、用工性质和晚夜班情况等人口学特征方面其离职倾向差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麻醉科护士的角色压力为(3.18±0.47)分,其中加班时间对角色压力影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麻醉科护士的角色压力与离职倾向呈正相关(r=0.169~0.425,P<0.01)。结论目前麻醉科护士的角色压力相对较高,角色压力直接影响其离职倾向,管理者应关注麻醉科护士角色压力以降低其离职倾向。
Objective To study the status and relationship between role stress and turnover intention of nurses in anesthesia department.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on role stress and turnover tendency was used to investigate 262 nurse anesthetists who attended the 27th Annual Meeting of Chinese Society of Anesthesiology,and the results were analyzed.Results Altogether 262 questionnaires were sent out and 257 were collected,of which 250 were valid and the effective recovery rate is 95.42%.The score of turnover intention of nurse anesthetists was(2.68±0.92),and different academic qualification,type of employment and night shift have made an significant influence on turnover intention(P<0.05).The score of role stress was(3.18±0.47),and the effect of overtime on role stress was significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that role stress was positively correlated to turnover intention(r=0.169-0.425,P<0.01).Conclusion At present,nurse anesthetists are under great role pressure,which directly affects their turnover intention.Managers should pay attention to the role pressure of nurse anesthetists to reduce their turnover intention.
