基于区位商法的我国农业产业结构调整分析

Analysis on the Adjustment of Agricultural Industrial Structure in China Based on the Method of Location Quotient

【目的/意义】合理的农业产业结构有利于农业资源要素合理配置,提高农业经营效益和效率。分析我国农业产业结构调整情况可以为未来农业产业结构的优化提供决策参考,对深入推动我国农业供给侧结构性改革具有重要意义。【方法/过程】基于我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)农业各产业总产值数据,利用区位商法从整体上了解我国各区域农业产业结构调整的方向、变化幅度和重点地区的调整情况。【结果/结论】根据区位商法分析结果,各地区农业内部及整体的结构调整存在明显的区域差异,应根据各地区农业发展的条件和特点采取相应的措施和政策,对农、林、牧、渔业具有比较优势的地区要继续发挥其优势,同时不能忽视处于劣势发展的地区,需进一步探究其形成的原因并对重点地区进行合理调整,从而进一步提高我国各地区农业发展的整体水平。

【Objective/Meaning】A reasonable agricultural industrial structure is conducive to the rational allocation of agricultural resource elements and the improvement of agricultural management benefits and efficiency.The analysis of the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in China can provide decision-making reference for the future optimization of agricultural industrial structure,and is of great significance to further promote the agricultural supply-side structural reform in China.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the data of total output value of agricultural industries in 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipality directly under the central government in China,the method of location quotient analysis was used to understand the direction and rangeability of the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in different regions of China and the adjustment in key areas of China.【Results/Conclusions】According to the analysis results of the methed of locational quotient,there were obvious regional differences in the internal and overall structural adjustments of agriculture in various regions.Therefore,the corresponding measures and policies should be adopted in accordance with the conditions and characteristics of agricultural development in various regions.The areas with comparative advantages in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery should continue to give full play to their advantages,while the areas with disadvantaged development should not be ignored.It was necessary to further explore the reasons for their formation and make reasonable adjustments to the key areas,so as to further improve the overall level of agricultural development in all regions of our country.
