糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者行雾化乙酰半胱氨酸对IL-6、TNF-a的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Nebulized Acetylcysteine on IL-6 and TNF-a in Patients with Diabetes and Severe Pneumonia

目的分析探究将乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗措施应用于糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者对IL-6、TNF-a等炎症因子指标产生的影响。方法于2020年1—10月以该院收治的糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,选取例数共计68例。将纳选对象均匀分为对照组和观察组,对照组选择应用常规治疗措施,观察组对常规治疗为基础应用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗。对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组血糖指标数值和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.234、7.463、10.036,P<0.05);对比分析血清炎症因子指标,两组差异有统计学意义(t=10.614、9.566、11.830,P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状消失时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.522、21.769、8.768、9.660,P<0.05)。结论将乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗措施应用于糖尿病合并重症肺炎治疗期间对促进患者临床症状尽早康复具有积极意义,对于机体炎症水平具有理想的控制效果。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of applying acetylcysteine aerosol therapy to patients with diabetes and severe pneumonia on IL-6,TNF-a and other inflammatory factors.Methods The patients with diabetes and severe pneumonia admitted to this hospital from January to October 2020 were selected as the research object.A total of 68 cases were selected.The selected objects were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group chose to apply conventional treatment measures,and the observation group received conventional treatment as basic application of acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation treatment,and comparative analysis of the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The blood glucose index values of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.234,7.463,10.036,P<0.05);the serum inflammatory factor indexes were compared and analyzed,and the comparison results between the two groups was statistically significant(t=10.614,9.566,11.830,P<0.05);the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.522,21.769,8.768,9.660,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation treatment measures during the treatment of diabetes complicated with severe pneumonia has positive significance in promoting the early recovery of patients'clinical symptoms,and has an ideal control effect on the level of inflammation in the body.
