泰舒达治疗老年帕金森病合并糖尿病的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Taishuda in the Treatment of Elderly Parkinson's Disease with Diabetes

目的探析泰舒达治疗老年帕金森合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法抽选2018年9月—2020年9月在该院接受诊治的老年帕金森合并糖尿病患者68例,基于抛硬币法将其分为参照组与观察组,参照组选择美多巴治疗,观察组选择泰舒达治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床有效率为91.2%、TNF-α(0.74±0.33)μg/L、IL-6(0.85±0.25)μg/L、MoCA量表(26.17±4.64)分、血糖(8.26±2.05)mmol/L,其数据显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.928,P=0.008;t=2.283,P=0.025;t=3.776,P<0.001;t=6.319,P<0.001;t=3.899,P<0.001)。结论老年帕金森合并糖尿病患者应用泰舒达药物治疗,可有效改善患者的认知功能、炎症因子水平和血糖水平,值得在临床上大力推荐。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Taishuda in the treatment of elderly Parkinson's disease with diabetes.Methods Selected elderly Parkinsonian patients with diabetes mellitus 68 cases who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2020,and divided them into a reference group and an observation group based on the coin toss method.The reference group selected medopa treatment,the observation group chose Taishuda treatment,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of patients in the observation group was 91.2%,TNF-α(0.74±0.33)μg/L,IL-6(0.85±0.25)μg/L,MoCA scale(26.17±4.64)points,blood glucose(8.26±2.05)mmol/L,the data was significantly better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.928,P=0.008;t=2.283,P=0.025;t=3.776,P<0.001;t=6.319,P<0.001;t=3.899,P<0.001).Conclusion The treatment of elderly Parkinson's patients with diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the cognitive function,inflammatory factor level and blood glucose level of patients with diabetes.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
