摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病患者进行健康教育和心理护理的效果。方法将该院2017年2月—2019年4月收治的140例妊娠期糖尿病患者数字奇偶法分组,研究组(70例)采用健康教育+心理护理方式展开疾病护理;对比组(70例)采用常规护理方式展开疾病护理,对比两组患者的最终护理效果。结果对比两组患者接受护理后的血糖水平、负面情绪改善情况以及妊娠结局,研究组低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者产生并发症的概率,研究组均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育+心理护理方式的有效运用,可实现妊娠期糖尿病患者护理效果的提升,可以将负面情绪以及妊娠结局有效改善,具备较佳的安全性。
Objective To analyze the effects of health education and psychological care for patients with gestational diabetes.Methods The 140 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were divided into two groups by digital parity.the study group(70 cases)used health education+psychological care to carry out disease care.the comparison group(70 cases)used conventional nursing methods to carry out disease care.the final nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results Compared the blood glucose levels,the improvement of negative emotions,and the pregnancy outcome of the two groups of patients after receiving nursing care,the study group was lower than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the probability of complications between the two groups of patients,the study group was lower than the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective use of health education+psychological nursing can improve the nursing effect of patients with gestational diabetes,can effectively improve the negative emotions and pregnancy outcome,and has better safety.
