个体化营养干预对重度创伤合并糖尿病患者伤口愈合的价值

The Value of Individualized Nutrition Intervention on Wound Healing in Patients with Severe Trauma and Diabetes

目的研究对重度创伤合并糖尿病患者实施个体化营养干预的价值。方法遵循护理模式随机数字表法分组方式,差异分组,择该院2019年9月—2020年3月内47例重度创伤合并糖尿病患者分为对照组(24例,常规护理)和观察组(23例,个体化营养干预)。观察干预前后患者血糖指标、伤口愈合情况及机体营养状态改善情况。结果干预后,观察组血糖各指标水平明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=12.570、8.887、5.969,P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者伤口面积较小,疼痛评分、伤口愈合评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=9.558、12.984、10.577,P<0.05)。干预后观察组患者机体营养状态水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=15.739、4.892、11.477,P<0.05)。结论对重度创伤合并糖尿病患者开展护理干预,建议以常规护理为基准,而后联合个体化营养干预;在降低血糖水平、促进伤口愈合、改善患者营养状态方面有显著价值。

Objective To study the value of individualized nutritional intervention for patients with severe trauma and diabetes.Methods Following the random number table grouping method of nursing model and grouping by difference,47 patients with severe trauma and diabetes in the hospital from September 2019 to March 2020 were divided into control group(24 cases,routine care)and observation group(23 cases,individualized nutrition intervention).Observed the patient's blood glucose index,wound healing and improvement of the body's nutritional status before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the blood glucose levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.570,8.887,5.969,P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group had smaller wound area,lower pain score and wound healing score compared the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.558,12.984,10.577,P<0.05).After the intervention,the nutritional status of the observation group was higher compared the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.739,4.892,11.477,P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out nursing intervention for patients with severe trauma and diabetes,it is recommended to use routine nursing as the benchmark,and then combined with individualized nutrition intervention;it has significant value in reducing blood glucose levels,promoting wound healing,and improving patients'nutritional status.
