急性白血病合并糖尿病患者化疗的临床护理要素探讨

Discussion on Clinical Nursing Elements of Chemotherapy for Patients with Acute Leukemia and Diabetes

目的探讨急性白血病合并糖尿病患者化疗的临床护理要素,观察护理效果,为临床护理提供科学依据。方法选择该院2019年1—11月收治的100例急性白血病合并糖尿病患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者血糖及生活质量改善情况。结果两组患者干预后的FPG、2 hPG与干预前相比,均有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的FPG、2 hPG分别为(4.24±0.44)mmol/L、(6.89±0.95)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(6.04±0.37)mmol/L、(8.01±0.94)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预后的QOL评分与干预前相比,均有所增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组干预后的QOL评分为(51.79±5.87)分,高于对照组的(42.85±5.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效控制急性白血病合并糖尿病患者化疗的血糖水平,提升其生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing elements of chemotherapy for patients with acute leukemia and diabetes,observe the nursing effect,and provide scientific basis for clinical nursing.Methods Selected 100 patients with acute leukemia and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January to November 2019,and divided them into observation group and control group by random number table method,and the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group received comprehensive nursing care.Compared the improvement of blood glucose and quality of life between the two groups.Results The FPG and 2 hPG of the two groups of patients after the intervention were reduced compared with those before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FPG and 2 hPG of the observation group after intervention were(4.24±0.44)mmol/L and(6.89±0.95)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(6.04±0.37)mmol/L,(8.01±0.94)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the QOL scores of the two groups of patients after intervention increased compared with those before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the QOL score of the observation group after intervention was(51.79±5.87)points,which was higher than that of the control group(42.85±5.63)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients with acute leukemia combined with diabetes and improve their quality of life.
