2型糖尿病并发缺血性脑卒中的护理干预探究

Investigation on Nursing Intervention of Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨2型糖尿病并发缺血性脑卒中的临床护理方法与效果。方法选择2018年2月—2019年6月期间该院收治的2型糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中患者126例为研究对象,根据数字随机法将其分为两组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用针对性护理,对两组的护理效果进行比较分析。结果干预前,两组血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的餐后2 h血糖和空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的护理有效率高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前的BI和NIHSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的BI评分高于对照组,且NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两组的生活质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过给予2型糖尿病并发缺血性脑卒中患者针对性护理,不仅可以预防并发症,还有助于改善患者预后,具有推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods and effects of type 2 diabetes complicated with ischemic stroke.Methods 126 patients with type 2 diabetes and ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the numerical randomization method,and the control group was given routine care,while the observation group used targeted nursing to compare and analyze the nursing effects of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group of the effective rate of nursing care was high,and the difference between the groups was obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the BI and NIHSS scores of the two groups before the intervention were incomparable,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the BI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at the same time,the comparison of the quality of life scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By giving targeted care to patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with ischemic stroke,it can not only prevent complications,but also help to improve the prognosis of patients,which has the value of promotion and application.
