优质护理服务在住院抑郁症合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing Service in the Nursing of Hospitalized Patients with Depression and Diabetes

目的分析优质护理服务在住院抑郁症合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用及效果。方法将2019年1月—2020年3月纳入该院治疗的64例抑郁症合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采取随机方法分组为对照组(32例)、研究组(32例),给予对照组临床常规护理干预,给予研究组优质护理服务,对比两组护理应用及效果。结果接受护理后,研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、SDS评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能生活质量三方面的生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院抑郁症合并糖尿病患者护理中应用优质护理服务,可有效帮助患者改善抑郁情绪,控制血糖,护理效果显著,推荐应用。

Objective To analyze the application and effect of high-quality nursing services in the nursing of hospitalized patients with depression and diabetes.Methods The 64 patients with depression and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were taken as the research objects,and randomized into the control group(32 cases)and the study group(32 cases),and the control group was given clinical routine nursing care intervention,provide high-quality nursing services to the study group,and compared the two groups of nursing application and effects.Results After receiving nursing care,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group had higher quality of life scores in three aspects:physical function,mental function,and social function quality of life in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing services in the nursing of hospitalized patients with depression and diabetes can effectively help patients improve depression and control blood glucose.The nursing effect is significant,and the application is recommended.
