“3+2”高职护生核心能力的现状及影响因素研究

摘要 目的为提高“3+2”高职护生未来职业竞争力,该研究就高职护生核心能力的现状水平以及影响因素进行调查。方法2019年6—8月选择某高等职业护理学院128名“3+2”高职大三护生为研究对象,采用中国注册护士核心能力量表和学习投入量表进行问卷调查。结果“3+2”高职护生的核心能力总分为(115.61±29.45)分;学习投入得分是(54.62±10.19)分;影响护生核心能力的影响因素有年龄(t=3.576,P<0.001)、是否班干部(t=2.645,P=0.006)和学习投入(t=3.571,P<0.001)。结论高职护生的培养应侧重于核心能力培养,提高学习投入度,提高护生未来职业竞争力。 Objective In order to improve the future professional competitiveness of"3+2"vocational nursing students,this research investigates the current level of the core competence and influencing factors of vocational nursing students.Methods From June to August 2019,128"3+2"junior nursing students from a higher vocational nursing college were selected as the research objects,and the Chinese Registered Nurses'Core Competence Scale and Learning Input Scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results The core competence score of"3+2"high vocational nursing students was(115.61±29.45)points;the learning input score was(54.62±10.19)points;the influencing factors of the core competence of nursing students were age(t=3.576,P<0.001),whether it is a student leader(t=2.645,P=0.006)and learning input(t=3.571,P<0.001).Conclusion The training of vocational nursing students should focus on the cultivation of core competence,increase the degree of study investment,and improve the future professional competitiveness of nursing students.
