改良早期预警评分系统结合SBAR沟通模式在急诊内科病房中的应用价值

Application Value of Improved Early Warning Scoring System Combined with SBAR Communication Mode in Emergency Medical Ward

目的探讨改良早期预警评分系统结合SBAR沟通模式在急诊内科病房中的应用价值。方法选取该院2019年1—6月急诊病房以采用常规病情观察模式为对照组,另选2019年7—11月采用改良早期预警评分系统评估病情为观察组,对照组护士以常规病情观察情况向医生报告病情;观察组护士以SBAR沟通模式向医生报告,对两组医护沟通、救治主动性、医护配合、处置反应速度、病情观察掌握等进行评分,记录不良事件发生率,并对医生及患者对护士的满意率进行比较。结果观察组医护沟通、救治主动性、医护配合、处置反应速度、病情观察掌握评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为6.50%,明显较对照组13.00%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医生对护士工作满意率为100.00%,患者对护士工作满意率为95.00%,均较对照组70.00%、84.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良早期预警评分系统结合SBAR沟通模式可提高护士工作质量及医护对病情反应速度,减少不良事件发生,也能提高医生及患者对护士工作的满意率。

Objective To explore the application value of improved early warning scoring system combined with SBAR communication mode in emergency medical wards.Methods The emergency ward of the hospital from January to June 2019 was selected as the control group using the routine observation mode,and the observation group was evaluated by the improved early warning scoring system from July to November 2019.The nurses in the control group used the routine observation The doctor reported the condition;the observation group nurse reported to the doctor in the SBAR communication mode,and scored the communication between the two groups of doctors and nurses,the initiative of treatment,the cooperation of doctors and nurses,the response speed of treatment,and the observation of the condition.The incidence of adverse events was recorded and the doctors and patients were scored.Compared the satisfaction rate of nurses.Results The observation group's medical and nurse communication,treatment initiative,medical and nurse cooperation,treatment response speed,and disease observation master scores were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse event rate of the observation group was 6.50%,which was significantly lower than the control group's 13.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the doctors in the observation group with the nurses'work was 100.00%,and the satisfaction rate of the patients with the nurses'work was 95.00%,both higher than the 70.00%and 84.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved early warning scoring system combined with the SBAR communication model can improve the quality of nurses'work and the speed of response of doctors to illness,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and increase the satisfaction rate of doctors and patients with nurses'work.
