With the gradual advancement of the national CHS-DRG payment method reform,the quality of the first page of inpatient medical records becomes more important,especially the quality of disease diagnosis and surgical operation codes.However,there is still a debate about which is better between the traditional coding mode and the doctor's online coding mode.This article mainly discusses and analyzes the comparison of the first page coding mode of inpatient medical records,the practice of doctors'online coding mode,practical effects and precautions,etc.,and provides reference for other hospitals to carry out the online coding mode of inpatient medical records.
