作为航空工业集团首家、四川省境内率先实行党委领导下的院长负责制的三甲医院,三六三医院认真贯彻落实中央《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的实施意见》,积极探索全面从严治党背景下公立医院思想政治工作的新思路、新方法,充分发挥公立医院党委“把方向、管大局、做决策、促改革、保落实”的领导作用,为医院高质量发展提供了坚强的组织保障。

As the first Class-A hospital of the Aviation Industry Group and the first in Sichuan Province to implement the Dean’s Responsibility System under the leadership of the Party Committee,the 363 Hospital earnestly implemented the Central Committee’s"Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Party Construction of Public Hospitals"and actively explored new ideas and new methods of ideological and political work in public hospitals under the background of strict governance of the party,give full play to the leadership role of public hospitals’party committees in“directing,managing the overall situation,making decisions,promoting reforms,and ensuring implementation”to provide hospitals with high-quality development and strong organizational guarantee.
