摘要
目的评价采用案例教学法在妇产科学教学中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2018年11月—2020年5月该院的82名医实习生,平均分成采用常规教学的对照组(n=41)和接受案例教学法的实验组(n=41)。比较两组实习生的知识掌握优良率、学习态度评分、学习效率评分以及理论成绩和实践操作成绩。结果实验组的知识掌握优良率显著高于对照组,学习态度评分、学习效率评分以及理论成绩和实践操作成绩均显著优胜于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于妇产科带教,采用案例教学法能够显著激发实习生的学习热情,提高实习生的学习效率和知识掌握水平,改善实习生的临床实践操作能力,进而提高教学质量,值得临床重视。
Objective To evaluate the application effect evaluation of case teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods A random sample of 82 medical interns in the hospital from November 2018 to May 2020 was divided into a control group(n=41)using conventional teaching and an experimental group(n=41)receiving case teaching methods.Compared the two groups of interns'knowledge mastery rate,learning attitude score,learning efficiency score,theoretical scores and practical performance scores.Results The rate of knowledge mastery of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the scores of learning attitude,learning efficiency,theoretical and practical performance were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,the use of case teaching method can significantly stimulate the interns’learning enthusiasm,improve the interns’learning efficiency and knowledge mastery level,improve the interns’clinical practice operation ability,and thereby improve the teaching quality,which deserves clinical attention.
