摘要 目的探讨BOPPPS联合MDT教学模式在肾内科护理规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取入该科轮转学习的30名规范化培训护理人员为研究对象,采用自身前后对照的方法,2019年3—6月采用传统带教模式进行培训、授课,2019年7—9月在传统带教模式的基础上加用BOPPPS联合MDT教学模式实施带教,比较两组学员教学满意度、考核成绩、岗位胜任能力的差异。结果经BOPPPS联合MDT教学模式培训后的规培学员教学满意度评价、各项考核成绩、岗位胜任能力均优于传统教学模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS联合MDT教学模式应用于肾内科护理规范化培训中可有效提高教学效果和满意度,从而增强规培护士在临床工作中的岗位胜任能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS combined with MDT teaching mode in the standardized training of nephrology nursing.Methods 30 standardized training nurses who entered the department in rotation study were selected as the research objects,using their own before-and-after comparison method,the traditional teaching model was used for training and teaching from March to June 2019,and the training and teaching were conducted in the traditional teaching from July to September 2019.On the basis of the teaching mode,BOPPPS combined with MDT teaching mode was used to implement teaching,and the differences in teaching satisfaction,assessment results,and job competence of the two groups of students were compared.Results After BOPPPS combined with MDT teaching mode training,the evaluation of teaching satisfaction,various assessment results,and job competence of the planned training students were better than the traditional teaching mode,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS combined with MDT teaching mode in the standardized training of nephrology nursing can effectively improve the teaching effect and satisfaction,thereby enhancing the competence of nurses in clinical work.
