血小板活化因子与婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏严重程度的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血小板活化因子(PAF)与婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏(CMPA)严重程度的相关性。方法选择2018年7月至2019年12月在中山市博爱医院儿保科和儿童消化科确诊为CMPA的婴幼儿60例,根据过敏症状将其分为轻中度过敏组(n=30)和重度过敏组(n=30),另随机选取无任何过敏病史的30例健康儿作为对照组。比较各组的PAF水平及SBS评分,分析PAF表达水平与SBS评分的相关性。结果重度过敏组的PAF水平、SBS评分显著高于轻中度过敏组、对照组(P<0.05)。饮食回避后,重度过敏组、轻中度过敏组的PAF水平、SBS评分显著低于饮食回避前(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,PAF表达水平与SBS评分呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 PAF与CMPA严重程度呈正相关性,可作为评估CMPA严重程度的辅助指标,有利于监测CMPA病情发展。 Objective To investigate the correlation between platelet activating factor(PAF)and the severity of cow's milk protein allergy(CMPA)in infants.Methods A total of 60 infants diagnosed with CMPA in the children's health prevention department and children's digestive department of bo'ai hospital of Zhongshan from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into mild and moderate allergy group(n=30)and severe allergy group(n=30)according to allergic symptoms.Another 30 healthy children without any allergy history were randomly selected as control group.PAF level and SBS score were compared in each group,and the correlation between PAF expression level and SBS score was analyzed.Results PAF level and SBS score in the severe allergy group were significantly higher than those in the mild and moderate allergy group and the control group(P<0.05).After diet avoidance,PAF level and SBS score of the severe allergy group and the mild and moderate allergy group were significantly lower than those before diet avoidance(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression level of PAF was positively correlated with SBS score(P<0.05).Conclusion PAF is positively correlated with the severity of CMPA,it can be used as an auxiliary index to evaluate the severity of CMPA,which is helpful to monitor the development of CMPA.
