血液检测在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值

Application value of blood test in the differential diagnosis of anemia

目的探讨血液检测在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的100例贫血患者为试验组,将50例缺铁性贫血患者纳入试验组A,50例地中海贫血患者纳入试验组B,另将同期50名健康体检者纳入对照组。根据贫血严重程度将试验组患者进一步分为轻度贫血组、中度贫血组、重度贫血组。所有研究对象均接受血液检测,并分析其检测结果。结果对照组HB水平、MCV、RBC、MCH、MCHC高于试验组A、试验组B,RDW低于试验组A、试验组B(P<0.05);试验组A HB水平、MCV、RDW高于试验组B,RBC、MCH、MCHC低于试验组B(P<0.05)。轻度贫血组MCV、RBC、MCH、MCHC高于中度贫血组、重度贫血组,且中度贫血组高于重度贫血组;RDW低于中度贫血组、重度贫血组,且中度贫血组低于重度贫血组(P<0.05);HB水平、MCV、RBC、RDW、MCH、MCHC与贫血严重程度均存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论血液检测不仅可以鉴别诊断贫血类型,还可反映患者的贫血严重程度,以更好地指导临床治疗。

Objective To explore the application value of blood test in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,100 patients with anemia were selected as experimental group,50 patients with iron deficiency anemia were included in experimental group A,50 patients with thalassemia were included in experimental group B,and 50 healthy people in the same period were included in control group.According to the severity of anemia,the patients in the experimental group were further divided into mild anemia group,moderate anemia group and severe anemia group.All research objects received blood tests and the results of test were analyzed.Results Hb level,MCV,RBC,MCH and MCHC in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group A and the experimental group B,RDW was lower than that in the experimental group A and the experimental group B(P<0.05);Hb level,MCV and RDW in the experimental group A were higher than those in the experimental group B,while RBC,MCH and MCHC were lower than those in the experimental group B(P<0.05).MCV,RBC,MCH and MCHC in the mild anemia group were higher than those in the moderate anemia group and the severe anemia group,and those in the moderate anemia group were higher than the severe anemia group;RDW was lower than that in the moderate anemia group and the severe anemia group,and that in the moderate anemia group was lower than the severe anemia group(P<0.05);Hb level,MCV,RBC,RDW,MCH and MCHC were all correlated with anemia severity(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood test can not only differential diagnosis anemia type,but also reflect the severity of anemia,in order to better guide clinical treatment.
