加味八珍汤在骨质疏松性椎体骨折PKP术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of modified Bazhen decoction in patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures after PKP

目的探讨加味八珍汤在骨质疏松性椎体骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的98例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式将其分为观察组(加味八珍汤+常规西药治疗)和对照组(常规西药治疗),各49例。比较两组治疗效果。结果术后1个月,两组PRI、VAS、PPI评分及总分、ODI评分均降低,JOA评分升高,椎体骨密度改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味八珍汤应用于骨质疏松性椎体骨折PKP术后,能有效降低患者术后疼痛,改善腰背功能和椎体骨密度,对远期预后有积极影响。

Objective To investigate the application effect of modified Bazhen decoction in patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).Methods A total of 98 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group(modified Bazhen decoction+conventional western medicine treatment)and control group(conventional western medicine treatment),with 49 cases in each group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results One month after operation,PRI,VAS and PPI scores,total score and ODI score of the two groups decreased,JOA score increased,vertebral bone mineral density improved,and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Bazhen decoction applied in PKP postoperative patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures can effectively reduce postoperative pain,improve lower back function and vertebral bone mineral density,and has a positive impact on long-term prognosis.
