小剂量阿司匹林联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of low-dose aspirin combined with nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension

目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月我院收治的100例妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用硝苯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组SBP、DBP、MAP均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ET-1水平较治疗前降低,NO水平较治疗前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PT、APTT较治疗前延长,FIB、DD水平较治疗前降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压患者效果显著,可维持血压平稳,改善凝血功能、血管内皮功能及妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-dose aspirin combined with nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with low-dose aspirin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,SBP,DBP and MAP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ET-1 level in the two groups were lower than that before treatment,NO level were higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PT and APTT in the two groups were longer than those before treatment,FIB and DD levels were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose aspirin combined with nifedipine in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension has significant effect,which can maintain stable blood pressure,improve coagulation function,vascular endothelial function and pregnancy outcome.
